About Rebecca Wood
I have always loved art from finger painting in pre-school through acrylic portraits in high school and beyond. In high school I found that I enjoy drawing and painting the most and made it my focus. I started with using animals and eventually grew to loving the human form as well. Music has always been a big part of my life and I like to incorporate quotes/song lyrics into my work. I also write music; some can be found here: http://www.myspace.com/songsfromscars I attended Michigan State University and majored in Elementary Education, and continued to practice my art.
